Fast food and calories

Here in the technology and information age, we have more knowledge and developments than ever before in history. Sixty years ago, who would have ever thought that you could send an instant message over a telephone, let alone a picture with it? Sixty years ago, who would have thought we could a man to the moon to send, but not the war against obesity and cancer?

Is no stranger to shocking that America is so advanced in everything except health and fitness? While the fitness industry tells us to count calories and exercise for fat loss, we grow fatter and fatter as a nation.

Run parallel to the fitness industry is the fast-food chains, do their best to keep on top of "healthy diet" trend. It seems the fast food industry can tune in to someone's dieting needs with "fat-free," "low-calorie" and "low-carb" menu items.

Today, fast food is considered a normal eating venture under the average person. people are not only eating out on special occasions or weekend more; they eat out all the time. But is it the calories in fast-food that is so destructive for the body and the waist or the problem is deeper?

Fast Food and obesity

Fast food is simply delicious, ready-cooked meals packed to go. Fast food has been around since the early 1900s, but its popularity led to and grew up in the 1940 's with the birth of good OLE ' Mickey d 's; fast food cheap priced.Within a few years similar fast-food operations popped up everywhere in the blink of an eye.

With the imperative emergence in fast-food restaurants since the 1940s, oddly enough, also the increase in obesity and cancer during that same time period. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do the math and link fast-food for the crisis obesity and cancer.

Fast food and nutrition

To say fast food has a "nutritional value" is an oxymoron. There is absolutely nothing about fast food food. Fast-food nourishes just hunger and/or your immediate desire. Fast food is not your body in the form of useful renewable energy feed or construction materials, the essence of your body thrives on life itself.

Fast food is highly processed with a wide range of additives. the concept of fast food is of course fast food prepared and served. To ensure the fast food low cost to the consumer, the fast-food products are made with highly-processed ingredients to give shelf-life, consistency and improve taste. Fast food has changed from the original healthy shape that it was meant to feed the body with, to a denatured form that nutritional value whatsoever.

According to Diana Schwarzbein, MD found "the FDA total diet study that fast-food hamburgers, across the Board, 113 residues of different pesticides."So my question why the FDA wants to govern the sale of vitamins, minerals and herbs that are actually good for the body is when there is a link fast-food/cancer/obesity crisis on our hands?

Why Fast Food is Fatten ing and dangerous

Wake up people it's not the calories in fast-food that is harmful to your health and waist, it is the chemical additives such as aspartame and MSG (monosodium glutamate). This chemical additives are approved by the FDA and studies show that weight and disease problems.

Synthetic chemicals added to processed foods, including fast food, damaging cells of your body. your body is composed of nutrients found in plants and animals that you eat. man-made food items loaded with pesticides, as well as aspartame, margarine and other man-made chemicals do not feeding your body. If your body can't use what you put into it you gain fat and health.

Since we cannot visually what actually happens at the molecular level see when we eat processed foods, we discount it and rely on the FDA to do our thinking for us.After all, if the FDA-approved, it must be good to eat, right? Not at all.

Nutrients from the foods we eat allow us to burn fat and healthy. your body cannot process synthetic chemicals. If a food item can not be processed, it will eventually filed in areas of your body, mainly fatty areas and tissues, make a sour pH.

A simple fast-food chicken breast can contain everything from modified cornstarch to hydrolyzed corn gluten.Hello? Chicken consists of corn?A fast-food chicken nugget is almost 60% wheat, and corn is what farmers use the fattening of cattle.

Michael Pollan, author of the omnivore's dilemma says it perfectly – "how we ever got to a point where we need investigative journalist to tell us where our food come from?"

A good visual that Dr. Mark A. Gustafson found is that it takes fifty-one days digest fast food chicken nuggets or French fries.FIFTY-ONE DAYS!Sounds that healthy?I could care less about the caloric, fat or carbohydrates content. That's not the problem, folks. the problem with fast food is that the removal of nutrients and loaded with chemicals not recognized by the body.

What is even more devastating is the book the Fast Food diet written by Stephan Sinatra, MD this is a sad state when a doctor promotes eating chemically-modified with addictive chemicals and damaged fats that scars of the artery walls and contribute to the overall metabolic damage.

Eating right and avoiding the hidden dangers

Admittedly, counting calories to a certain extent, but what more matters is the quality of the calorie. If you want to lose fat than to have to change your eating habits. This does not mean that choose healthy choice ® and the Smart One ® frozen meals, because they seem healthy. Food manufacturers use misleading mark tactic to create an illusion to people buying their product.

Lose fat and keep it off you have to choose foods in their natural state, such as fresh organic cuts of meat, fresh organic fruits and vegetables, essential fats and plenty of filtered water. it is vital that you back to the basics.

Eat fresh and organic food choices make the most of your diet if you do, you'll never again to count calories. The quality of food outweighs the amount every time.
